(Summary description)According to statistics from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, in April, Japan's non-woven fabric production increased by 20.1% year-on-year to 27,071 tons, thus promoting non-woven fabric production to increase at a double-digit rate for four consecutive months.



　　 The output of all manufacturing methods has increased. The output of wet-laid non-manufactured fabrics rose sharply by 32.5%, and the output of needle-punched non-manufactured fabrics increased by 25.8% to 6,417 tons.



　　 In the first four months of 2010, the production of non-woven fabrics in Japan increased by 20.1% year-on-year to 104,127 tons.
